Im confused. PCOS?

Hi everyone, so I’m 21 f and I had a hormone test done (Progesterone 0.3 TSH 1.52 T4 0.91 Testosterone 4.5 Amh 7.35 LH 54.5 FSH 5.8) and my doctor says there’s a high chance I have PCOS. But I’m confused because I’ve never had regular periods because I’ve been on birth control since I was 14, I have had 2 pregnancies and 0 miscarriages. I’m just confused because I have no PCOS symptoms. At the time my blood draw was completed I had been off birth control since control since June 26. I do have another blood draw and OBGYN appointment coming up in November. Any advice or “answers”? Thanks so much.
