Is there a way to tell when a UVB tube "runs out" of UVB

Or do you just replace your bulbs around a year mark.

I always wondered if there was some sort of testing kit that you could place under a bulb that changes color if it emits UVB, or anything similar.

I use tubes for my snakes so it's not imperative to replace often but I'm still curious!
