Employe handbook question

Howdy yall,

I work in the tire center and I hear slurs and racist or sexist jokes all the time but today I heard someone who was close with Charlie Kirk talk about how he thinks the left is going to start physically attacking the right and blah blah blah, I felt uncomfortable. This was a morning merch tire shop combo tech with my manager and even tho my manager wasn’t shit talking the left or the right he still engaged and I feel like this is a violation in the handbook. Anyone know if it is and where I can find it ?

My second question is should I go to my gm or just an agm either way they are mostly just white men who lean conservative. This is the same gm who told me brushed me off when I mentioned time off request policy. I know ethics point is a thing and that could be the way I deliver my complaint because I do want this in writing. Anyways any tips?
