When I bought a camper van I didn’t realize I was signing up for major packing freakouts, HELP

Yay, my new husband and I bought a camper van and now get to travel at the drop of a hat! Oh yeah, I have horrible ADHD and -also- some trauma from childhood about bad things happening when I make people wait too long to leave because I keep forgetting things. I’m working on it in therapy but it seems to be a self fulfilling prophecy sometimes. Anybody have a van/RV and travel frequently? I could really use some tips on how to efficiently pack in a way where I keep stuff together and where I don’t have to go back into the house literally 5 times…
