Being taken advantage of

Location: Mississippi

Back in May my dad had a 2nd brain bleed and ended up in a nursing facility. I have power of attorney and location is in Mississippi. I had to have my step-brother, his kids mom, her mom, and kids evicted. (They had showed up about 2 years prior and moved in without permission). My dad just never pursued making them leave (although he complained to me and others about them). I went back home after 3 months dealing with my dad's health (16 hours away). I put up cameras so I could monitor the property (when I went back home my bio brother was in the state hospital). He's out now and My mentally unstable brother still lives in the house. The problem is since he's back home the step-siblibling (all unemployed druggie moochers) keep going to the house and taking items; washing laundry; cooking food. My step sister even covered up one of the cameras in the house. The one that was watching the back door from inside as well as a safe. Now she comes an goes via the back door and no telling what all she has taking. I did call the police in the county and was told simply that I have no proof my dad didn't give her permission. He didn't! I talk to him daily. They haven't even made an effort to go see him. I said that I wanted to have them treaspassed from the property and was told as long as my brother says they can come that I cannot treaspass them. My brother hasn't worked in over 30 years and my dad had supported him and now this is falling on me. He doesn't pay any of these expensives they are racking up. Today, they made corn bread an left with the whole pan (I mean you could have given my brother a slice).

I plan on going back to MS soon.
