second week feels very different than first

Started a little over a week ago. Took my second dose this Friday evening. On Friday, I could 100% tell it had mainly worn off. Most of the week it was easy to eat well and I didnt have the food noise. Today I def feel it more than yesterday (before my shot) but it feels nothing like it was last week where I could only take like 5 bites at a time.

Did others experience this? I got hungry today eating what I had eaten most of last week and added more food. Is it just my body getting used to the med and the reason I will move up doses?
