What's this weird liquid?

Apologies if it's difficult to see the droplet!

A wasp or a bee or a yellowjacket or some other bug landed on my window, climbed all the way to the top, and then this thing dripped down from its abdomen area. It's a little bit sticky, no odor, and looks just like a water droplet. It dripped down my window for about 15 inches or so.
