Electrical Help Needed

Trying to install some dimmer switches in a guest bath, pulled the wall plate off and found 3 existing switches were daisy chained together using backstab connections.

Now looking at 5 romex coming into the box and only one of them is hot? How do I go about connecting the 3 switches safely?
