Careers that provide prestige and high income without high risk?

I've been considering law or medicine since I was little cause that's the first thing anyone expects from a kid with good grades, and making good money is my no.1 priority.

But those are insanely competitive and expensive to get into. I'm mostly looking for lower competition than anything though, I can bear the student loans if I can make the money to pay them. But if there's a slim chance of me getting in, then it's not worth it.

If there are lower competition fields within law or medicine though, that still pay well, that's also great!
