Any Protestant groups that embrace the uncertainty and unknowability of theology?

I am a sola scriptura girlie at heart, but I have been troubled by how so many Protestant denominations say "yes, but we have the one exact correct interpretation of the Bible." The Bible is so complex and varied that there is simply no one correct interpretation of it.

Are there any Protestant groups that reject the Trinity, reject Heaven and Hell, and other post-Biblical ideas, and embrace the impossibility of knowing the precise nature of God?
