Episode 2 Season 3 - Christmas scene (Theory)

This might be a stretch but I feel there are a lot of hints that there are going to be 12 episodes this season. The crossword puzzle which Belly ends up filling for P.S. I still love you was numbered 12.

Just an assumption but I think it could signify something.
