Mandatory stretching?

It seems my club has a new thing where they make the employees to do stretching exercises before their shift. I know in the past it was only voluntary and suggested, but now it’s mandatory. They say that stretching prevents accidents! For all the years I’ve worked at Sam’s Club I’ve never stretched and never got hurt. And I do a lot of physical stuff on the sales floor. They are even threatening to fire people if they don’t stretch!

Is there any other clubs that are forcing people to exercise against their will?
