10 month old will only drink bottle in car?

Anyone else experience this and have tips or info? He'll drink maybe 1-2 oz at a time at home during waking hours. BUT he will absolutely chug a full bottle in the car seat, and sometimes while being rocked to sleep. Any thoughts on why? He's a very active little guy so I'm thinking the FOMO is real and he just can't be bothered to stop long enough to drink a full bottle when he has all the fun toys to play with!
