Upgrade PSU for new GPU? 9070 on a 600W PSU

As the title states I’m hoping to upgrade my 5 year old Sapphire 5700xt 8GB card to the new 9070xt card. Currently have a EVGA 110-BQ-0600-K1 600 BQ, 80+ Bronze 600W, Semi Modular powering my rig and FEEL like I’ll need to upgrade the PSU. If I do in fact need to upgrade I’m hoping to NOT have to rewire the PSU cables but can’t remember if semi-modular means I can just swap the PSU itself and keep cables plugged in. I’m also working with a Ryzen 7 5700x3D 8-core. Looking to get ready for BF6 in 1440 and PoE2 on Ultra as smooth as I can get it.
