I am over 50yrs and have happily lived my life with a 3inch penis with foreskin. Never had any health issues until now. The urologist has done a check and advised that the growths (possible cancer) at the base of my head needs biopsies done, that he will need to perform a circumsisim to ensure the foreskin doesn't heal over the biopsy area and seal the head of the penis. Am I concerned, yes. Im concerned about post surgery bleed, pain, scaring, lack of feeling during sex. I am having it done at a public hospital, Sydney RPA. Was concerned when my urologist said that a resident will be performing the procedure and if any issues then his consultant will take over. I have hade plenty of surgeries in the last 7 yrs so that doesn't concern me.
