Four seed ticks, rash now, Spleen/intestine issue? Other?

Hello

I really need some assistance.

I have this unknown rash that I first noticed on my right foot. It then appeared all over my body especially on my left side and left legs. They were accompanied pretty much at the same time by a stitch in my side between my left rib or my spleen. A week before I had some intestinal discomfort very close to my spleen by just below it. I do not have any known intestinal issues.

I am an insulin dependent diabetic. 58 years old.

At the same time I discovered four seed ticks on me. Two in my belly button and one under each arm. Micro small, smaller than a grain of black pepper. I confirmed they were ticks at least two of them were swollen with blood and they may have been on me for several weeks. They were still alive.

The morning before I saw my doctor and started taking antibiotics the rash was popping up all over me. They were very small dots and blood-filled.

I went to the doctor and now I am on a 5-day supply of Azithromycin and Atobequeon liquid. They tested me for tick related infections such as Babiosis, Rocky Mountain Spotted fever and Lyme disease all came back negative. My doctor wants me to come back in 2 weeks for a retest.

My blood work was normal including ted and white blood cells.

At the same time I have had small stitch/very minor pain in my area between my last left ribs kind of in front of where the spleen is. It hurt to lay on that side too. After taking the antibiotics it has disappeared significantly but does still bother me occasionally. It's not painful at all just a very minor stitch.

I had a ultrasound of my abdomen which checked my spleen and liver and they were normal.

After taking antibiotics for 4 days I still DO have the rash I don't think I have any new spots but all the other ones have gotten a little bigger and some of them have small whiteheads on them. A few are itchy. The rest are not itchy.

I have attached several pictures and would be extremely appreciative of any assistance from knowledgeable people
