Getting back into bowling after 35 years. Any idea how much will come back to me and how to prepare for joining a league?

I live in a big city and wanted to get back into bowling, so signed up for a bowling league. They emphasize inclusivity and all skill levels, but I'm nervous. I used to be pretty good at candlepin, but that was 35 years ago, and the league is ten-pin. I feel like I still have the muscle memory. Our first game is a week from tomorrow. To prepare, I've watched some videos and read some posts here. I had two other ideas and wonder if they make sense, or there might be something else I could do. (1) Practicing myself solo at a lane during off hours this week--would that be a waste of time, since I'd be on my own? (2) There is a bowling alley some distance from me that offers lessons, would one-on-one time with an instructor be helpful at this stage? Thank you.
