how is literal snuff allowed on wikipedia?

i looked up the article on the Killing of Iryna Zarutska and theres a literal snuff video of her murder uploaded. 18 minutes of her bleeding out, not censored. how the hell is this allowed? i clicked on it cos i thought it would be safe to watch and now im very mad i had to see what i saw. im not in the wiki contributor community, so i cant even report it. maybe someone on here can help remove that vile video.
