How long as Fuki been a squad leader? Is she a good squad lead?

Trying to do a few things and trying to get into Fuki's head and history. So in that regard....how long has she been a 1st Lycoris and squad boss?

I've heard Takina transferred from Kyoko a year ago (Do I need to double check episode 1? I think that would be where that would pop up), but was Fuki her squad leader then?

Was the issues in episode 1 on her more or on the bosses and Fuki's problem is being too invested in the 'DA is the boss' kool-aid? I feel she handled herself well during the 'DA do you think shooting an armed squad of teenage girls with boys going to solve anything? What happens if the Lilybell are seen on video too?' that she either

A: was always fine and episode 1 was mostly on DA.

or

B: She got a lot better at the job since then and handled the situation better as a result.

Help is appreciated.
