How does one get started to get a job as a Medical Coder?

Hello po!

I'm not too good on Tagalog so I'll just type it out in English.

I am planning to do HCBI next year after I finish Grade 12. How could I get a job as a medical coder? Wherever I go, they usually ask for minimum 1 year experience.

Thanks in advance!
