Help with Eahora Tiger Max

Hello all, I just got Eahora Tiger Max. The scooter is pretty nice but I am having trouble figuring out some things. The support is pretty good about responding, but they respond once a day (usually at night), so I figure I'd ask if some of you guys could help me out.

1. I couldn't find a detailed walk through all the P-settigns. Like how do I enable Electronic breaks (I assume it has them?), or how do I adjust the ABS?

2. Is it possible to make the scooter start up in the dual motor mode? If so, how do I do that?

3. I am having trouble connecting the scooter via Bluetooth to my phone to adjust the lighting (it uses the duoco strip app). When the scooter lights up, I see two or three devices that could potentially be it, but neither of them connects... Tells me that the pass code is wrong, even though I didn't enter one.
