Warning about Only JZ Consulting (Zuleima & Jaun): We hired them for a tongue-and-groove patio roof, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. Zuleima, the GC, barely showed up, left the country mid-project without notice, and the work was sloppy and uneven.

They promised to refund half the cost after we complained, then ghosted us completely. And now—they keep getting negative reviews taken down instead of taking accountability. Every time we leave a review on their instagram or Facebook they delete it or block us and will not take responsibility for their actions.

People deserve to know the truth. We lost thousands of dollars and were left with a mess to fix ourselves.
