ACE3 - Cannot load wounded in to vehicles

Yes i did research first, a lot - none worked of what i found.

However no matter what i do, i cannot ever load the patient in;
- Is the vehicle medical? - Yes
- Is the patient uncon. - Yes

Additionally i tried:
- Object state: Unlocked
- Playing as "medic" (also in the character settings)

Either i pick up the patient through the medical menu and then go to the vehicle and click "load" when it's there but it drops the patient in front of it - or i pick the patient through the menu by pressing the ace3 interactiom keys, then go to the vic. again press interaction -> load patient -> drops on ground in front of it.

I'm curious if there is a way to fix it, or your experience?
