IndieCamper or Roadsurfer in Venice?

I've booked flights to Venice for a trip to the Dolomites.

I'll be hiring a campervan for 7 nights and wanted to know people's experience with both companies?

I'll be opting for full insurance cover. They're both a very similar price and pick up time so its just down to customer service and reliability really.
