So what do we do about pests??

Hey yall looking for some advice. At work they found a roach which was apparently tiny so most likely a German. The reason I say this is because we have clients living in roach infested homes as I work in community mental health. Some precautions I took was I changed my clothes before driving home and immediately put them, my bag and my shoes into the washer and dryer. For my phone I left it in a sealed container with isopropyl alcohol for 24 hours along with my smart watch. I just took it out now so hopefully that was enough. Lastly I spent today cleaning my house from top to bottom. I threw out every piece of cardboard i have. I unfortunately havw a large gaming collection that I am super worried about. For now im going to avoid using them and i got some glue traps nearby. I plan to get a clear container to put them in. Since this is my workplace I am going to have to go back there. So for future plans I’m not bringing a bag with me at all. I also plan to shake out my clothes before I leave but I’m open to changing everyday. On a plus side the exterminator came the same day and sprayed and said he would be back in a month. But I don’t feel like it’s going to make a huge difference if clients keep bringing new ones in. Thanks to anyone who responds! As soon as I get my license I’m going to try to find a telehealth job to potentially avoid all of this in the future among other parts of CMHC.
