Ok so i just found out about comorbids and now i need to know if i have any

So i just read a bit about comorbids and now i wanna know if i have any so like can ppl help me bc i cant find like a list anywhere so tell me what ones you have and tell me some symptoms so i know which ones to look in to and which to skip over anything helps im just really getting confused researching them
