Group trip - activity ideas

I am going for a bachelorette/bachelor party. The first 3 nights is women only with 11 women. After that we are combining with 15 men. We will have 26 people in total at one point! I am looking for recommendations of activities we could do while in sayulita. We don’t have to be all together for everything. Thank you in advance!
