Suicide awareness

Suicide awareness was the safety topic we had this past Thursday. Brothers I suffer from severe depression and bipolar, I can tell you what I don’t do, is bottle it up and hide it from my coworkers. We are a family and when these episodes happen I am upfront and confide In my brothers. Maybe I can’t be up in the bucket that day but we are all at an understanding and talk to each other about it. We are all there for each other and dont ever feel like you can’t talk to one another about it. We are all here for you brother
