[TOMT][IMAGE FROM A MOVIE][HORROR] Grey creature coming out of a cave/tunnel (probably found footage)

I watched "As above, so below" today with my girlfriend and right at the start she told me that she got the "monster" spoiled because she saw a scene from the movie on TikTok. I had seen the movie before and I didn't remember it having a monster so I was taken aback, and when we got to the end she was too (there's no monster in the film).

Now she's frustrated because she swears she saw "an image of a grey monster/creature coming out of a tunnel/cave", she's seen it a lot of times (so it has to be a somewhat popular image), and she was sure it was from this movie. Now she's trying to find the image again to check from which movie is it taken, but we've been looking for longer than an hour to no avail. This is what she gave me as a reference while we were looking for the scene, in case it helps anyone 😂.

Thanks beforehand!

Edit with additional info: She is 100% sure the hole/tunnel/cave entrance it's on a brick wall, and the creature is emerging from the darkness of said hole. She also says she has seen the very exact image multiple times, and that maybe it isn't even from a film, but just a viral image or a scene from a shorter video. She also says the closest suggestion so far is VHS 94(2021), and she thinks the monster/creature was bald and had no ears.
