Mind goes blank during roleplay sessions

Hello I'm new on this community and just discovered it today, I have completed my post-graduation in Counseling psychology just recently in 2025 and i am currently doing an online internship but during a roleplay session during one of the lectures where I was supposed to be the therapist my mind went blank because I was feeling somewhat anxious beforehand and i couldn't go past the consent form I was very disappointed with myself and was worried about it and what I would do in the future, what would I do when an actual client comes to me. If someone else here in this community has gone through the same issue as me please give me advice as to what is happening with me and will I be able to get through this
