25F Attractive, Fit, Kind & men aren't interested, why?

I'm literally just trying to find a Male FWB between 22-30, having the worst luck.

I'm mixed race but white passing, medium long hair, well groomed and hygienic.

I don't wear anything revealing or crazy, and have a normal personality, maybe a bit on the edgier side?

Somethings that I think may be intimidating to a guy:

1. I have my own apartment
2. I speak 2 languages
3. I have a bachelor of science
4. I am 5'6"
5. I get a lot of "attention" due to a serious hourglass shape & big butt
6. I am outspoken and confident in public

I've been reaching out to different guys I know and asking if they want to hang out. One guy blocked me, and another simply left me on read. No idea what's going on.

I thought guys were lonely or whatnot but maybe I was wrong? Do you guys think there's something i'm completely overlooking about my appeal?

For social context I have a long time female friend circle and don't struggle to make or keep friends. I'm not a nut or anything
