F1 25 lag in timetrials

I’m really not sure whats going on, the game usually runs smoothly, have had every f1 game since 22 with no issues but randomly today and yesterday ive been experiencing lag i guess in timetrials, not freezing or spikes but it delays my inputs and the screen becomes insanely blotchy. Its made me lose time, invalidate and just overall not enjoy the game because its happening every other corner, i’ve changed my graphics settings incase it was suddenly too much for my pc but nothing seems to work. Less so asking for help but wondering if anyone else is having this issue right now so I know its not something on my end.
