Thoughts on MLS degree

Career Advice

I love my current role in the legal department of a corporate franchisor. I mostly draft and issue agreements, entity assignments, and amendments to agreements, terminations/etc. While I enjoy it, I hope to advance further to a more senior and complex role. I would like to eventually work in legal compliance with a directorial/managerial position. I’ve always thought about law school, but that is just not practical for me anymore. I’ve researched the MLS degree, and I’m thinking that could give me some leverage to move up.

Does anyone have this degree or know anyone who does? I would love any advice on whether this might be worth the time and investment. Thanks!
