Cancelling AP Exam Scores - how to find the exam code?

So, I want to cancel a few AP exam scores that I failed (self-study) because..

1. I’m applying to QuestBridge and they require an unofficial score report (which shows all of my scores)

2. To raise my average so colleges don’t think I’m weird for only having AP Scholar when I’m reporting a bunch of 4/5s

…problem is, I don’t know how I can find my AP exam codes, which they ask for on the form.

It’s the weekend, so I can’t ask my AP coordinator nor can I contact Collegeboard.

So, do I…

a) mail the cancellation form anyway without the exam scores and hope for the best

b) edit the unofficial score report with my pro editing skills to only include the scores I want to report

c) don’t cancel the scores and wear them proudly, owning up to my mistakes and declare my will to improve my scores when retaking them this year

d) don’t cancel my scores but ask colleges to not consider them in their admissions process
