New PC won't let me change pin bc it won't detect internet

Built a new PC, boots to windows login just fine, but it tells me my security settings have changed and I need to reset my login pin. Trouble is, it doesn't detect an internet via wireless or internet. So I can't change my login bc I can't connect to internet. Is there a way I can bypass or turn off the windows login screen? Or is there a different solution?
