River Café in Brooklyn - Timeline

Hi! My fiancé and I are looking to have our wedding in 2027 at the River Café and we’re wondering what other couples timelines looked like? I believe the ceremony would start at 5:30pm, cocktail hour go from 6:00pm-7:00pm, but then come 7:00pm-11:30pm - what was your timeline?

I’m concerned about us going right into a two hour dinner without having some dancing and a couple introduction/first dance prior to then.

I’m thinking if we do some initial dancing from 7:00pm-7:30pm, then we can do dinner from 7:30-9:30pm and then dancing from 9:30pm-11:30pm? I’m not sure if they even allow this yet.
