regarding apk pure appstore

is there something going on with apk pure? I have the game on my phone and haven't had to update it for a good while,I thought about starting a new jp acc but on my tablet and found myself unable to do so cause this au icon appears In the corner which has never happened before.

and once I try to enter the app it won't let me enter,I checked apk pure on my phone and it says update game...im afraid to touch that update in fear it will corrupt my game on my phone.
