Frankfurt

I am visiting both Berlin and Frankfurt next month and after seeing some videos I am a tad bid concerned about frankfurt is it really as bad as it looks?. I am going as I want to go to phantasialand and europa park which Frankfurt is the best place in order to go to both but is there much else I can do in Frankfurt? Are the video making it seem worse than it is?
