Song that says ends with a long clip of woman singing in French (from Jules et Jim)

I remember literally nothing about the song itself. What I do remember is at the end it plays about 30 seconds of Jeanne Moreau singing in the film Jules et Jim https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=zqwLx0DG7qQ The song is not otherwise connected to film.
