Can I find good pima t shirts to buy in Puno?

I went to Lima last year and bought many t shirts made with algodon pima. They are excellent and way cheaper than in my country, Brazil. I am returning to Peru this year, visiting Puno and Cusco, in that order. I would like to buy more of these shirts. Can I expect to find good clothing stores in Puno? And how are the prices there when compared to Lima?
