Legacy of the Forge sword [KCD2]

What’s the max quality for the BlackSmiths Guild Longsword? I just made it and it’s quality 3, I haven’t played in a while but I was able to consistently craft Henry quality weapons so I’m not sure if it’s because I made a mistake or if 3 is the max quality.
