How much times do you guys think glaive is gonna flex his Benz again? / summary of cars being used in his lyrics.

I noticed he likes mentioning his Benz in his recent works and I decided to count how much times he mentioned a car at all.

First time he mentioned his Benz (I think) was in For God and Country where he said "Would've never got the benz"

Second time was in 60.000 ISK. Was a little bit more subtle this time as he said "Sixty-thousand dollars last month, I ain't talkin' ISK".

Next time he mentioned a car was in ik, where the opening line goes "I don't like when the car go too fast" but this wasn't the first time he mentioned a car though. He literally has a song titled the car. However, that's still not the first time he has done so. The topic of cars can be seen as early as 2020 (sort of). In touché he goes "She been trying to drive down the highway, six-speed". That's the earliest example of glaive using a car as a lyric, however, even if the word car wasn't used in it's literal meaning I still want to count metaphores to the 'car counter'.

So, by now we have 5 mentions of a car, 2 of them being his Benz. Are we done yet? Nope! I kinda lost the chronological order but between touché and today (14.09.2025, Fuck you Americans) , here is a list of chronologically accurate history of glaive using car in any way as a lyric:

touché (She been trying to drive down the highway, six-speed) (methaphorical meaning)

three wheels and it's still drives! (in the title itself, methaphorical meaning)

the car (in the title itself, first occurance of a literal meaning)

honorable mention of just not sure where kurtains talks about a car (I want it bumping, want it thumping, want it break your car) (literal meaning)

For God and Country (Would've never got the Benz, first occurance of him flexing his Benz)

60.000 ISK (Sixty-thousand dollars last month, I ain't talkin' ISK, flexing his car two songs in a row)

ik (I don't like when the car go too fast, literal meaning)

By Birthright (White doves, red blood on the passenger seat, methaphorical meaning)

Asheville (They see the Benz, they see the rims, flexing his benz)

Appalachia (Funny part is I bought the house and car without touching my savings, flexing his benz two songs in a row again)

(Yet to be released) Nouveau Riche ('Cause we're nouveau riche in a two-tone Beamer / 'Cause we're nouveau riche, drop-top C3, first time he flexes two cars in one song)

You can notice how he increasingly more and more often uses cars, especially his Benz in his songs, I wonder how much more songs on y'all contain cars. What if he starts using cars in his lyrics so much he makes an EP dedicated to his Benz. While writing this i thought of the famous question: are there more doors or wheels in the world. In my next post i'll count if there is more wheels or doors stay tuned y'all.

Also i think artists shouldn't flex the money they earned through their fanbase, to their fanbase, don't you guys think? Would've been cooler if he went "thank you for the Benz" in atleast one song....
