A small pet peeve

Welcome to my slight rant.

Something I've picked up on and can't help but be bothered by.

Is that most of the main character ships we see in the franchise technically have the ability to launch several machines at once.

White Base, Argama, Nahel Argama, Ra Cailum, Arch Angel, Minerva and Ptolemaios.

Are just a small handful the ships that have the ability to launch 2~3 machines at a time depending on the ships.

So why on Earth are they always launching single file?

Granted this is a self answering question. Most of these ships have truly tiny crews so they'd only have 1 person in contact with the Mobile suits so unless this individual is capable of running several pre-flight checks at once. You'll have to launch 1 by 1.

But at that point I ask myself. For the vessels that in military service like say Minerva, why does she have only 1 person who's in contact with mobile suits and manages their respective launch conditions.

Wouldn't it be more efficient to have the pre-flight checks be done by someone who's operating near the hangar giving them easy access when needed while also freeing up bridge crew?
