Johnny can't heal or overclock?

I have already done the end mission as V. The boss fight against Adam Smasher was a challenge but I figured out what weapons to use, that there are some turrets to hack, that I can raise the servers again after he lowers them, and what perks are most useful. I couldn't even dash the first time but I managed to defeat him.

But now I'm playing as Johnny Silverhand and while it's mostly the same, I can't heal or overclock. Is this normal? My build doesn't have a lot of armor or "body" attributes. I'ts all intelligence, cool, and technical.

I'm still in V's body. Shouldn't I have all the same abilities as Johnny?
