Why do I only attract weird/creepy men?

I (25f) only seem to attract men that give off a bad vibe. Like the kind of guy that seems "off" and shifts the tone in the room to something really negative. Not only that, but I don't seem to draw in men who don't make me uncomfortable (or even guys my age for that matter). It's always some guy who's at least 20 years older than me and clearly has bad intentions. This has been a problem for me since I was a teenager. Several times at my last job my manager had to step in and take over for me because some guy was being a creep, while all of the other girls i worked with would flirt/chat with normal guys around our age all the time. Is it something I'm doing? I'm no supermodel or anything, but I've been told I'm pretty. I don't wear makeup and I've been told I look younger (most people guess 16-19), so maybe that has something to do with it?
