I keep getting “continuity camera” notifications on Mac, and dock issues

When I have my Mac open for school work and check something on my phone, I get a notification on my Mac that says - iPhone WiFi disconnected. To optimize Continuity Camera, your iPhone has disconnected from WiFi. Plug it in with a cable to use WiFi.

My phone also starts searching for WiFi. I found a setting on one device, can’t remember which, and turned it off, but it keeps happening.

This only started yesterday.

My dock is also on auto hide, but if I’m watching YouTube, and it starts sleeping, when I turn it back on the dock is back. I have to double click it and turn hiding back on, and if I’m in YouTube full screen, I have to exit that.
