So I'm doing the Fatal Resolve quest in act 3. I got it off the board a while back, but last night I went to the Pinstress' house, got the note, and did some side content and quit the game since it was late at night.

Today, I did some other content, namely went back into the wormways and did act 3 stuff in there. I have now moved on to finishing the quest, except that when I climbed Mount Fay, the pinstress' body is just lying dead on the ground. I took the screenshot like this so you could see that the quest is active and I'm in the right area, and sorta her dead body on the ground. Then the second screenshot is what it looked like outside the menu.

At first I assumed "oh I need to play the song on the needolin to fight her like with the other dead peeps." But that didn't work, so I looked it up and she's supposed to just be alive. I might see if there's an autosave I can revert too without losing too much progress, but I have no idea what's going on. I quit and loaded just to see if that would fix it. The quest hasn't updated to say anything like "Oh, you spent too long so she died from exposure" or anything like that. The only thing I did kinda wrong was using Silksoar to just jump up a lot of the mountain, meaning I didn't activate 'track' on the first needle.

I'm really confused, and if anyone knows where to submit a bug report I'd greatly appreciate doing that. A cursory search didn't show me anyone else having this problem, which is good because it sucks. And if anyone knows anything that might fix it, I'd appreciate that too. Currently probably just going to see if I can identify a save to reload, I haven't done that much stuff today and redoing it will be faster since I know what I'm doing for it now.

Weird problem with late game quest (image trying to show issue, problem is in text description of image)
