Is anyone else getting error messages when trying to complete the feedback rankings?

This has happened to me twice in the last few days. I click the feedback buttons at the end of the study, but when I go to the submission page, I get error notices popping up, and the buttons are still there. If I try to fill them out again, I get more error messages.

The studies seem to otherwise be submitting properly.
