Me, my mother and now my sister!!

Now my sister is a little bit developing similar symptoms I don't know what is the problem, h.pylori is negative, there is no mold and the whole other family is ok. My sister moved to live with me in the same room two months ago. My mother developed the symptoms after few months living in my room as well but there is no mold I'm done with these symptoms and it's like a puzzle, and my doctor won't listen to me pls helpp!!
