Mining kas

Hi all, I was wondering as a noobie, if i buy a new kaspa miner such as the ks7, how long would it remain profitable for? I think its about a year for ROI, so presumably afrer a year its pure profit but for how long? I am moving somewhere where there is free electricity so that will help
